REVEEL PTY LTD (ABN 87 682 033 996) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
When you use our site or place an order, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address; the photos and design details you upload to the card builder; account login details if you register; and payment information — though your card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor, and are never stored on our servers.
We use your information to: process and fulfil your order (including printing and shipping your cards); create and manage your account; send order confirmations, shipping updates, and — if you've opted in — occasional marketing emails; save designs you choose to save to your account; and improve our site and card builder.
We share information only where necessary to run our business: with Stripe, to process payments; with Australia Post or our other courier partners, to deliver your order (wherever in the world that is); with OpenAI, to generate your portrait if you use our AI Character Studio (see below); and with Meta (Facebook), Google, and similar advertising/analytics platforms, to measure how our marketing is performing — these platforms may receive de-identified or hashed data (such as a hashed version of your email address) for this purpose. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
If you use our AI Character Studio — the free character-portrait tool, or the AI art option in the card builder — the photo you upload is sent to OpenAI, our AI technology provider, solely to generate your stylised portrait. It is not used to train OpenAI's AI models. OpenAI does not keep this photo for longer than a short window (30 days by default under their standard policy), and we've separately asked OpenAI for stricter data-handling limits on our account. On our own servers, we keep a working copy of your uploaded photo and the AI-generated result for up to 30 days — mainly so we can help if something doesn't look right — after which it's automatically and permanently deleted. Your uploaded photo is never made public; only your finished character portrait is, and only if you choose to share it via a link.
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel) to remember your session, keep your card design in progress, and understand how visitors use our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not work properly without them.
Your information is stored on secure servers. Uploaded photos are stored to fulfil your order and, if you save a design to your account, to let you resume it later. Once your cards go to print, we no longer need your original photos — we automatically delete them at that point, keeping only the print-ready file itself (in case a reprint is ever needed), which is in turn automatically deleted 21 days later. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online system is completely secure.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails.
